Stephen was exceptional at getting issues handled efficiently and expertly. He was especially great at keeping cool and letting us know what was happening and how it was going to be fixed. In stressful times like buying a first home people that are confident in their field are worth their weight in gold. Wonderful overall experience. Didn't always receive documents/emails on time or when stated, was late for first meeting (which we understand but was still inconvenient), felt his assistant spoke to myself and family members in a demeaning way - we are not experts but we're also not unintelligent - sometimes a explanation was needed but it was often addressed in a tone that was unhelpful and as if we were 'stupid' and should already know the answer.
