Steve and the PRMI team consistently made the loan process extremely painful & difficult. They failed to respond to requests for phone calls to ensure common understanding of what was needed. Multiple portals were used & it was not possible to track what was uploaded. Documents had to be uploaded several times. When Steve was informed specifically on my non-availability, he sent an email expecting a response. The PRMI team seamed to be performing this process for the first time, Do not use them.
