Was at this facility for over 10 years, over the last few years started having issues with numerous rent increases (80 to 190). My payments were through bill pay at my bank and went out almost a month early since they add late fees on the day after due date. On at least three occasions my bank verified the payments were sent but never deposited. No other payments went missing from any of the other payees I had. We were accessed late fees and told we needed to check with our bank and find out why the payments were not sent. W... read more

Just continue to raise your rate. I started at about 70 plus dollars a month. Now I'm up to $125 and when you mention it to customer service they don't really care. They literally act like you are being a problem. Their customer service is terrible and you can never play online. I don't have much choice. I can't leave cuz it's close to my house. They should stop raising your price know how they get away with it
Ive been with Prime Almost 2 years for business purposes and some personal Well after not being to my storage for 8 months I come to grab some books and I see that my storage was infested by Rats(they were dead), but p*** and **** everywhere. I spoke to the Manager who was nice and told me to fill out a claim after ai inspect everything. He said that after the ********** we had last year that the old Manager til him the Storage Unit had Rodent Infestation. We the customers didnt get notified of that.
