mold in climate controlled unit The facility is clean, and although it seems there are regular rate increases to our storage units, the price is still one of the most reasonable compared to other facilities nearby. The facility is secure, the manager does make a lot of effort to address our concerns. Our main concern are the regular rate increases. Easy access Super easy to rent online and a very convenient location right off of 17.
Great place to store your belongings. Everyone was very nice and did not mind taking us to look at the units before we got it. It was not a long process neither.

Loss leader rate, beware Storage unit perfect, access great, but a 31% rate increase after one year, seems a little excessive. I wouldn't have any customers left if I increased rates 31% a year. This unfortunately, a common practice in the storage facility industry
good dry climate storage frequent price increases are excessive recertification of homeowners insurance for established tenets is an added irritant
Good and Easy Very easy storage facility to use. BUT, parking boats, cars, and trailers in an alley and in front of the entrance to our storage becomes increasingly difficult to access when there are two cars or more. Our visits are random and during the week to avoid this traffic block
