Robin was very helpful and knowledgeable in the selection process. Convenient to my residence in Sunset Beach, NC. Very easy access and I was happy that Robin the manager was able to extend the hours of access to the facility. I will definitely recommend Prime Storage to my friends and neighbors.
UPDATE from 1 star review left 3/23/2021 On 3/23/2021 I had left a 1 star review for this facility. I am pleased to report that Prime Storage has since help resolve my issue with the insurance company. I don't seem to able to edit or remove my original review, so I am leaving a new follow-up 5 star review based their help escalating and resolving my issue. Please know the staff is very patient and the management cares about their customers!
Continuously goes up & the benefits are going down Since we started with Prime Storage they continue to increase prices & yet constantly are taking away all security measures. If I had someone to help me clear out the unit I would - I am very disappointed with Prime Storage
The price went up with no notice. Not happy about that Not happy about the price hike. And they charged the price even higher charging me for insurance even though I had coverage through homeowners insurance. Not good!!! And they would not refund that amount even though I brought a letter of coverage.
