Loss leader rate, beware Storage unit perfect, access great, but a 31% rate increase after one year, seems a little excessive. I wouldn't have any customers left if I increased rates 31% a year. This unfortunately, a common practice in the storage facility industry

good dry climate storage frequent price increases are excessive recertification of homeowners insurance for established tenets is an added irritant

Good and Easy Very easy storage facility to use. BUT, parking boats, cars, and trailers in an alley and in front of the entrance to our storage becomes increasingly difficult to access when there are two cars or more. Our visits are random and during the week to avoid this traffic block

See below Clean facility. Good climate control, which along with cost to rent long term, is most important. Although less secure, because there are no longer code entry locks on warehouse entrance doors. Overall, a good storage facility.

Clean, well kept and out of flood plain We have had two units here, a inside climate controlled and a outside storage. The facilities are clean and well maintained and it seems to be out of the flood plain. After three big hurricanes, everything stayed dry. Especially when my outside unit is at the end of the building and next to one of the drainage ditches. My only negative is the price continues to rise, so much so we may have to move out.

Convenient and secure Facility is clean and convenient. The security is excellent. We are very happy to have a storage unit at Prime Storage in Shallotte!
