Everything about this facility is five stars! I feel the facility at the Mesa location went above and beyond expectations. The staff was always friendly, courteous and professional. The facility was clean, well maintained and apparently regularly serviced by a pest control company as I never saw any evidence of pests in either of my units.
nickel and dime increases since prime storage took over, it's all about raising rent and finding little reasons to charge more. facility is fine.
