The transition form one owner to another was smooth and went well. The pricing did go up, I'm sure that is expected for someone else taking over. I have no complaints with anything. I have been there for some time now. The service is great.
Clean and spacious units The units are very clean and spacious.Its a little difficult to move upstairs because there is only 1 elevator but downstairs is easily accessible.Their office is clean and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Its a bit pricey but very nice facility.

Ok but stop raising rental prices Iâve been using this storage facility for over 10 yrs and when Prime Storage took over, my rental prices have steadily gone up ! Iâd recommend you for your office staff and cleanliness.
Always clean and well kept up. Easy to access unit. Very please with the condition if the facility. Always ckean and in good repsit.

Have done so Facility is clean and well ventilated. Staff are responsive to our needs. Storage I occupy is adequate for my needs and security is not an issue. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. It was not considered by previous owner/agency.
Good, but prices increased after I moved in I donât like that the prices keep changing & going up & that insurance is required (I chose that location originally because the extra unnecessary insurance payment wasnât required). But everything else has been good.
To expensive. Since the purchase by the new owner the price keeps getting ratcheted up.
