To expensive. Since the purchase by the new owner the price keeps getting ratcheted up.
Overall Positive Experience. Well-maintained and secure property. Overall positive experience with Prime Storage. I was not happy they raised prices when acquiring this property, but have found their customer service and cleanliness and the improved access hours to help offset the increase. Office staff always responsive and very pleasant and helpful!
All and all a very top rate storage facility. Our belongings have been there for several years. I saw it last year and it all still looks great.
Dissapointed Previous ownership had much better customer service. Will be looking to move to a new location within the year.
