Fraudulent charges on my card not disclosed in the contract. Overcharging customers. **** charges. Once they have your card information, you will have random small amounts charged periodically without notice or explanation. False statements about contacting customers when no contact was made. Use the "we emiled you" to justify overcharges. No attempt to contact via phone to explain charges. Uncooperative facility managers who do not return calls. DO NOT RENT FROM ********* LOCATION.......My original agreement was for 88 dollars a month and 5 months later its over 140, Iinquired about the increase and all they could say was we sent you an email(which they did not) GO ANYWHERE ELSE
I want to report this company for price gouging on their rental fees. They are continuously going up every other month for no reason at all. There are no extra amenities or anything different at the storage facility but yet they stay going up on the pricing and it is not fair or right for the consumers to have to continue to deal with the price increases every few months. They need to be stopped.
I have been renting 2 storage units at ******************************* for more than 4 years now with ***************** Policy with State Farm. In spite of this, they want to charge for their own Protection Plan of $17 per month per unit. I have been communicating with them and my local State Farm agent has been sending them Proof of Insurance to no avail. Is there a department with the State to file a complaint for this matter? Or should I file a claim against them in court?
I would rate ig lower if possible. I have had a unit at the ********************************* 2 maybe 3 months and they have, without notice, raised the rent almost $20 a month!!!What a c*** *********** NOT RENT FROM PRIME STORAGE. THEY WILL S**** YOU EVERY CHANCE THEY CSN WITHOUT NOTICE!!!
