I had an unfortunate experience this past weekend at this prep and blow location. When I first walked in, I was not acknowledged for about 10 minutes before someone checked me in for my appointment time. Once I sat in my chair and my hair stylist she asked me what I wanted to have done today. I replied that I would like to have some loose curls put in my hair to give a "beach wave" vibe. I've been.going to this.location for 10 years and no.matter who I get , they always do a great job. A special thank you to Kara and Vic for always managing with care and smiles.
I go every Thursday for a blow out here. Everyone there is amazing and professional. Lisa gets my hair exactly the way I like it and Vic at the front desk is very attentive! It's always a great experience.
My wife had an appointment today in preparation for a gala at the Biltmore. A guy named Vic called at 1:10 pm to cancel a 2:00 pm appointment. My wife was, of course, disappointed, and asked Vic "where does this leave me regarding my gala" and Vic accused her of being rude and hung up on her. I called back to asks for a manager and Vic said he was the manager. I asked for the owner and he hung up on me. I tried calling back and he contrary hung up. Extremely poor attitude and customer service.
This is my favorite location!! Vic always greets me with a smile and remembers my name. Kara and Jules always make my hair look so gorgeous every single time and we have so much fun at our appointments. I literally come in every week and always look forward to it. I may walk in initially but after my hair is done I always strut out!

I always get a fantastic blowout every time at Primp & Blow. You can tell the staff is expertly trained. What that means is that I get the same excellent and consistent quality service from any stylist I see. The booking app is easy to use and I never have a problem getting an appointment even last minute. Conveniently located and parking is easy.
Had a work event to attend on a Sunday afternoon and booked with a new stylist who was 5 stars! She knew exactly what she was doing and I was in and out in a half hour!
My hair is thinning and Lisa made me look FULL again!! So happy! Great job, nice location and service was great.
