I scheduled a wash and blow dry. Was only asked what type of blow dry I want, which was a bouncy blowout. I was never asked how I part my hair, I had to speak up just as she was finished. The back of my hair was still damp when I left location. she sprayed my hair with hair spray without asking. My finished hair looks dry and fly away. Thankfully I did not do this for an occasion.

I came here for a blowout nothing crazy just some simple curls and a little volume. Although my hair looked nice afterwards, there was one point during my service where the lady was using the round brush and blow dryer and she suddenly drops the brush while still tangled in my hair, runs over to the front desk to chat with someone and leaves me there with a brush hanging in my hair for about five minutes. Dont bother, they keep charging my credit card additional prices, they are a rip off save your money and time..also if you have an appointment it means nothing, corporate really should look into this dump+

Cadence did a wonderful blowout for me today! I was very pleased with the results and had beautiful hair for my company photoshoot. Highly recommend!!

I went to this location the other day for the first time recently and it was great! The stylist gave me a beautiful blowout with all the lovely oribe products. My scalp massage was relaxing and she gave my hair a good scrubbing. Would definitely return. Pro tip to keep an eye out for specials as they often have packages for a significant price reduction.

I had an unfortunate experience this past weekend at this prep and blow location. When I first walked in, I was not acknowledged for about 10 minutes before someone checked me in for my appointment time. Once I sat in my chair and my hair stylist she asked me what I wanted to have done today. I replied that I would like to have some loose curls put in my hair to give a "beach wave" vibe.
