All I have to say is Wow! I got my hair done by Ameerah today at the West U location and I am thuroughly impressed by her talent, professionalism, and demeanor- she treated me like a queen and made my hair look fantastic - I felt beautiful walking out of the salon! Can't wait to go back! She was so good that I immediately signed up for their membership program after she did my hair.

I've been going to this salon for hair and makeup for the last year. I got my hair and makeup done with Gracie a few days ago. I absolutely loved it. I got so many compliments from everyone at my bday dinner. It was so good that I had to write another review!!

I booked an updo for a formal event and left with A disastrous hairstyle and complete embarrassment . The first hairstylist I sat down with did not know how to do an updo and needed to ask for assistance after trying on her own to even pin my hair up for the first 20 mins . She was obviously inexperienced and didn't even have the right tools or color Bobby pins for my hair. Who doesn't know that you can't put blond Bobby pins in dark brown hair?! Initially started coming the first year they opened. Unfortunately their turn over rate and retention rate of stylist is low. Since coming there have been at least six different stylist. The manager nit picks with employees. Initially I thought employees only. As a buisness owner I have ignored it even though I have witnessed it on numerous occasions. Had a blowout with Carolina. She was very sweet and personable. Really appreciated all the tips on how to better care for my hair at home. It started pouring as I was finishing up and they had hair caps to keep my hair dry but Carolina went even further and offered an umbrella to walk me to my car. I declined but it was very kind! Great service! Even enjoyed a very much needed cup of coffee during my service. Bought a few products while there too. Highly recommend her!

Great experience and awesome results. loved the way my hair came out. Finding a stylist who you can trust with your hair can be so hard. So glad I booked with Carolina. Will definitely book with with her again.

Amazing service! They use high end products. Primp and Blow offers packages as well! $80 per month membership! Worth it! They offer eyelash application and makeup!

I did a blowout with Carolina and it was amazing. Such a peaceful and amazing service. She was so sweet and really gave me good pointers with the products I personally use at home. Picked up a hairspray too! Recommend 100%!
