I just left their salon for a simple blowout. How can you screw up a blow out, I don't know, but this girl managed. I took the brush and tried to correct it but it was an epic fail. Having had thousands of blow drys in the past, I could tell by the way she was touching my hair that she did not have a clue. MARY HEADBERG doesn't know how to treat employees and will withhold your tips. I would caution before applying to this job. I encourage guests to find a personal stylist and stop supporting these types of businesses. They only pay employees between 10-13 an hour and the rest the stylist makes will be from tips. You will spend hours doing multiple clients back to back with no break. I wouldn't rely on this job to pay any bills. It's just a place to get faster at styling and leave. They did a awesome job washing my hair with the right products and a very nice and fluffy blow out just the way I like it I think she took more time than the usually do but I didn't mind much because she was being very gentle and doing a great job.

I cannot emphasize enough DO NOT GO HERE. The manager Maureen will not return your call and part of the reason why the staff are so bad is obviously because of poor management. 1. Do not buy products if you think you may need to return them. The staff are not trained or able to return products. So one of the girls at the front desk called Maureen who told her to tell me to leave the product there and she would refund me two days later when she was back in the office. never have appointments available not good at bliw drying and then they charge you to go over the style w a hot tool to make the blow out presentable today i was asked to get out of the chair because the next client was waiting - prior to my 45 min appt was over

All I have to say is Wow! I got my hair done by Ameerah today at the West U location and I am thuroughly impressed by her talent, professionalism, and demeanor- she treated me like a queen and made my hair look fantastic - I felt beautiful walking out of the salon! Can't wait to go back! She was so good that I immediately signed up for their membership program after she did my hair.

I've been going to this salon for hair and makeup for the last year. I got my hair and makeup done with Gracie a few days ago. I absolutely loved it. I got so many compliments from everyone at my bday dinner. It was so good that I had to write another review!!

I booked an updo for a formal event and left with A disastrous hairstyle and complete embarrassment . The first hairstylist I sat down with did not know how to do an updo and needed to ask for assistance after trying on her own to even pin my hair up for the first 20 mins . She was obviously inexperienced and didn't even have the right tools or color Bobby pins for my hair. Who doesn't know that you can't put blond Bobby pins in dark brown hair?! Initially started coming the first year they opened. Unfortunately their turn over rate and retention rate of stylist is low. Since coming there have been at least six different stylist. The manager nit picks with employees. Initially I thought employees only. As a buisness owner I have ignored it even though I have witnessed it on numerous occasions.
