First time here and getting a blowout. Lexi was great and friendly! Can't wait to come back!!
The staff and stylists at Primp and Blow are very professional and friendly. My hair looked great when I left and stayed clean looking for a few days because of the high end products they use. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for an easy way to get out of washing, blow drying and styling your own hair for a few days!
Continued poor customer service. I got a voicemail from the manager who said she saw my experience on Yelp and was sorry for my experience and she would be putting a $45 credit on my account to go back and do my makeup..... as I stated in the previous review, I will never be back. It's somewhat of a nice gesture, but what would have actually been nice is if she took my review seriously enough to refund me what I spent on even a portion of the services I paid for. Amazing. Best price around and quality!! This place is always packed so book in advance!
One word... AMAZING! I went in today for a blowout and full face makeup. Tabby did PHENOMENAL on both! I honestly can't wait to go back. I showed her a picture of the makeup and she matched it perfectly. My hair was done flawlessly and makeup was just as flawless!
It was my second time here and I was really excited as I had a great first-time experience at this location. The same stylist did my hair. She's nice but not as enthusiastic as other stylists I have experienced at other salons. I came in today wanting my hair to look pretty for Mother's day as I had plans for today. I decided to book a hair and makeup session for a wedding I was going to the next evening - I made the appointment last minute and they were able to accommodate online the day prior. The salon is located in a complex on Buffalo Speedway with Kroger, European Wax Center, Kenny & Ziggy's, Bucca di Beppo, etc. so there is plenty of parking! My friend and I were desperately looking for a place to get our hair and makeup done for prom and luckily came across this gem! Hair and makeup was only $80, and let me add, as I was researching other places which offered the same service, prices were double what was offered at Primp and Blow. Overall experience was great, stylists know what they are doing and atmosphere is very clean and well put together. I am definitely on coming back for my next big event.
I love this place! If you need a blow out, makeup and/or a Brazilian blowout, they are the best! My Brazilian blowout stylist was Kimmie and she did an amazing job!! I definitely recommend coming here. You'll love it!!! I do!!
