Excellent surgery and results (although 5 months later I'm still healing). Dr Shah is not only a highly skilled surgeon, he's compassionate and caring.

I had to have a cervical acdf surgery, and bone spur removal, done quickly. He and his staff were very good to my wife and I.No rushing, carefully explained everything and took very good care of me.Surgery went very well and I am three months into a recovery with little pain. The major arm and hand pain I was experiencing is completely gone. We are very thankful for the care i received.

He was good at the first visit. During the second visit , when we told them we got a second opinion , he was not happy . His ego kicked in... He did not listen and ended the conversation abruptly.

The back office was terrible. Multiple locations. Was directed to Lawrenceville location. Arrive, leave me waiting for a long time. Follow up with desk and was told “dr lamb is off today”. The Lawrenceville location was very sketchy.

Seth definitely needs to improve on his communication skills and try to think outside the box. When a patient asks questions his responses were either extremely vague or if he didn’t know the answer his response would be “I don’t care about that”. I didn’t ask him if he cared or not…I asked a question looking for answers and as a doctor he should try to work with patients to figure out difficult problems and think of even the rarest possibilities. He is the chief of neurosurgery…needs to do better…

I won’t even refer to him as a professional as he is undeserving. He didn’t follow any of my current treatments from the prior Dr. and he cancelled an appointment that I had driven over an hour to get too and he didn’t even have the decency to tell me ahead of time. During my second and last time seeing him he was very rude and unwilling to help or listen to my needs. Steer clear, he doe... read more
