He will cut you short when you explain your needs and speak over you, he will tell you one thing but document another on his system, staff besides him is rude as all not all but some of them, states he sees a problem one visit then a visit or two later it’s all in your head.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. shah. He made a truly horrible experience into something that I wasn’t as scared about because he explained everything to me like he was a family member and that really matters when choosing a great doctor. Highly recommended and I can not say thank you Dr. Shah enough. He really made me feel at ease and I’m not as worried as I was before I met him.

Terrible communication by this doctor. He is seeing my mother in the hospital for bleeding in the brain. I asked his PA and the nurse in the ICU to make sure he called me after seeing her and he did not. I was put on hold by the office for 15 minutes just to have my number taken with no call back. This is not good patient care.

I thought long and hard before responding to the request for a review of my visit to Dr Joseffer’s. From initial contact to the time of my appointment the office staff could not have been more receptive, pleasant, helpful, or professional. I am sure that the staff didn’t realize what had happened during my visit with Dr. Joseffer. I had an appointment with Dr Joseffer because of pains I was experiencing in my feet and legs, which based on my detailed observations, seemed related to my back. In my professional life, I was a s... read more

He does not empathy for patients pain, recommend me against other doctors (even against oncologist recommendation) to use pain medication forever. Did not discuss my MRI result, has not aware his action indecent and he is sassy. Getting sorry for myself to waste my time with him and his office. Waste of time, no worth it to visit their office.

Very pleasant man but I was quite disappointed following a procedure I was unable to get in contact with Dr. Balar. He never returned my call after leaving an urgent message. I won’t go back.

With the exception of skill, being trust worthy is at the top of the list. Dr. Shah presents as friendly and engaging however never lose site he's working for the insurance (NJM). When the prescribed care of a patient is dictated by insurance and not medical outcomes based on evidence. Skill means nothing. I say with certainty this clinician will leave a bad taste in your mouth. Bring a court appointed surrogate to every office visit/ audio-video record every word that comes out of his mouth. Then and only then you might hav... read more

We brought my mother-in-law in for a follow-up visit, post hospitalization. He hadn't read either of 2 reports, told her she needed to smile more and exercise, he rubbed his runny nose the entire time. She ended up having major back surgery 1 month later - elsewhere.
