Update 11/28: don’t listen to their BS. We had another company (overhead door company) come out yesterday and it was the torsion spring that had to be adjusted like we stated originally and not the circuit board like what this company is spewing. Guess what after it was adjusted it works and all it cost us was $120. Kyle did not know what he was doing and kept blaming the circuit board and wouldn’t take accountability for not knowing what to do. So yeah don’t recommend this company.
