He showed up, reset my sensors, lubed up the drive and programmed a couple new openers. Didn't try to sell me a completely new setup for $2-3k like the other guys do.

I needed my garage door adjusted/serviced because the door would not open. Anytime Garage Door immediately called me to set up an appointment at my convenience. Kyle W. was prompt, professional, courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and completed the work in a timely manner. After completing the work, he showed me everything he had done, and then gave me a detailed invoice. The services was great and I want to give a huge 5 star rating to the company.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. I scheduled an appointment today between 2:00–4:00 PM and received confirmation that it was booked. Later, I was contacted asking if I still wanted to schedule an appointment, which was confusing since I was already confirmed. I even sent a screenshot of my confirmation, and they apologized and reassured me that I was still on the schedule. Update 11/28: don’t listen to their BS. We had another company (overhead door company) come out yesterday and it was the torsion spring that had to be adjusted like we stated originally and not the circuit board like what this company is spewing. Guess what after it was adjusted it works and all it cost us was $120. Kyle did not know what he was doing and kept blaming the circuit board and wouldn’t take accountability for not knowing what to do. So yeah don’t recommend this company.
