He showed up, reset my sensors, lubed up the drive and programmed a couple new openers. Didn't try to sell me a completely new setup for $2-3k like the other guys do.

I needed my garage door adjusted/serviced because the door would not open. Anytime Garage Door immediately called me to set up an appointment at my convenience. Kyle W. was prompt, professional, courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and completed the work in a timely manner. After completing the work, he showed me everything he had done, and then gave me a detailed invoice. The services was great and I want to give a huge 5 star rating to the company.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They canceled the first appointment late in the day, then didn’t show up the next morning as they rescheduled the following day. When they finally rescheduled for that afternoon, they arrived more than two hours after the scheduled time. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. I scheduled an appointment today between 2:00–4:00 PM and received confirmation that it was booked. Later, I was contacted asking if I still wanted to schedule an appointment, which was confusing since I was already confirmed.
