I was given a friendly greeting as soon as I entered. Check in was easy. The PA was great and explained things as he went along. Good experience.

I had a visit with Prisma Health Urgent Care in Boiling Springs, SC. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience!! It started with the receptionist (Pam)!! She was Great!! All staff so nice, made me feel very comfortable. Office immaculate and doctor was great.very efficient office.
The service was great from walking in, greeted by a lady with a smile on her face, at the front desk. I received the same service throughout my visit. Quick service, friendly, personable, professional, knowledgeable staff and doctor. I was treated with respect and a full explanation of my diagnosis. I will visit them again with my future needs.
