I had a visit with Prisma Health Urgent Care in Boiling Springs, SC. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience!! It started with the receptionist (Pam)!! She was Great!! She assisted me in completing my registration (my first visit), and took a lot of stress and anxiety away!!😊❤️👏🏽👍🏻 My Great experience continued with Heather, who took my vitals and completed some X Rays. All staff so nice, made me feel very comfortable. Office immaculate and doctor was great.very efficient office.
The service was great from walking in, greeted by a lady with a smile on her face, at the front desk. I received the same service throughout my visit. Quick service, friendly, personable, professional, knowledgeable staff and doctor. I was treated with respect and a full explanation of my diagnosis. I will visit them again with my future needs.
Everyone was pleasant and professional from the lady at the desk to Melody Fuller FNP. Could not have asked for a better visit!!! Very thorough and informative.
