This place is exceptional! We were in South Carolina Columbia to see my husband and our daughter was not doing well etc etc. we went there the same day got in and saw a wonderful plus plus doctor! Ms young was amazing!! Outstanding. Would make my primary if lived in town !!!
Office was very clean and neat. The front office young lady Maki was very friendly, courteous and professional. She had a glad to be of service attitude. The clinical Team assistant Latasha was very attentive and caring. The provider NP, Shairka had great bedside manner and very detailed in explaining my diagnosis and provided me with literature to take home. This staff was excellent overall!! I will definitely refer others to this office.
I had a positive experience at Prisma Urgent Care on Beltline Street in Columbia. The receptionist was friendly and helpful as I completed the necessary forms. The nurse or technician took my vitals. The PA I saw listened to why I came in and asked appropriate questions to further understand. She understood my problem and offered an X-ray to get additional information to help with a diagnosis and treatment. This place is amazing! Everyone is very courteous. And they are so fast. Everything is done in a quick timely fashion. Everyone’s level of professionalism is exceptional and I will definitely come back again. I recommend to anyone if you have a medical issue that’s not an emergency definitely give them a try.
The customer service and patient care is absolutely amazing at Prisma Health Care-Columbia-Forest Drive. I am always greeted by the front desk staff immediately upon entering. (It’s much easier to set an appointment than one would believe. I registered in the parking lot in my last visit walked in with a minimum 3 minute wait, and I was escorted for vitals and immediately taken to a an evaluation room.
