I got it was seen promptly and initially the front desk person helped me by billing the VA so that i got it wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. She did this without me asking. Great service. The staff and nurse practitioner were professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout. This is the only urgent care I’m coming to in the future.

I didn’t have to wait long and the staff was kind and caring. I really felt horrible and they were thorough, testing me for the big three bad viruses. In the end it was none of those. They told me the best way to care for myself at home. They were great.

The wait after I was taken back was much longer than usual (over 20 min). It was uncomfortably cold and if I had waited in front I could have walked outside to get warm. I was pleased with service after I saw doctor.
