This is a super urgent care facility! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, and very thorough! I was very impressed and happy that I went to that facility! I will recommend it to anyone looking for an Urgent care!!!

The staff in the back were very friendly, the doctor was very helpful. She talked with me with care and concern. I felt heard by her. My only concern was the wait time. I scheduled a time for my appointment online, but it was not any quicker then the times I have just walked in.

The staff from the front desk who checked me in ..to the nurse who took my vitals. The NP, Ashley Danzy was very caring for her patients. I was so in pain and not well. She knew exactly what to do. I’m doing so much better. Thank you for seeing me right away! Second time I had to use Prisma Urgent Care.. totally take care of their patients.
