Everyone was friendly and efficient. I appreciated their care and referral to a specialist.
Got called back right away but got forgotten about and ended up sitting 1 hour and 20 minutes before deciding to leave.

The provider displayed dismissive behavior during my visit. They gave care instructions while walking out the door and shared test results while standing halfway in the hallway and the exam room, which I believe is a HIPAA violation. The interaction felt impersonal, and I didn’t feel listened to or that my concerns were valued. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.
