Everyone was so nice. It was pouring down rain and I got soaked. The Dr told me she had a heater in her office if I wanted to warm up. Everything was great.

I highly recommend Prisma Urgent Care to anyone that needs care. This was my 2nd visit to the Laurens location. I’m completely satisfied with the care I received. The staff were amazing. They were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. They were extremely courteous and respectful to me. They took great care of me and made sure I got the medication I needed to get better.

Nadine at the front desk was wonderful checking me in and out. Beth was kind and helpful as she took temp and BP and swabbed for flu. Leigh, NP, was nice and proactive as she called in prescriptions for me after being exposed to flu via my husband, Tim Bell, and I had several symptoms. We moved to Clinton Nov. 5th and this was our first experience at this urgent care. Very clean environment and the ladies all assisted us efficiently and kindly. Thank you! Sincerely, Whitney Ward
