Even though I felt terrible the staff and atmosphere made me feel better. Clean and beautiful clinic. The staff were helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this location. (Laurens location)

From the moment I walked in the front, i felt like an important patient. The lady up front Wes phenomenal and so professional. Maybe wait 5-10 minutes n Before I was called back. After being called back the nurses asst was amazing! The Dr on call was very informative I couldn’t have ask to have been treated any better!! Great staff on board on 4/11/26

The lady at the front desk was very rude to me and my sister she had the nastiest attitude when my sister tried to give her my Medicaid card she could have said in a nicer tone that they didn’t accept that insurance and I also had another insurance which I did use and when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription the pharmacy told my mom to call the urgent care and have them to call it would be faster and she did and they said they would call it right over but they never did I didn’t get my prescription until Monday... read more
