The lady at the front desk was very rude to me and my sister she had the nastiest attitude when my sister tried to give her my Medicaid card she could have said in a nicer tone that they didn’t accept that insurance and I also had another insurance which I did use and when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription the pharmacy told my mom to call the urgent care and have them to call it would be faster and she did and they said they would call it right over but they never did I didn’t get my prescription until Monday... read more

Receptionist was really friendly and nice. I made an appt on line 8:45 they were 2 patience in before me. I waited until 9:30 before I was seen. I set in a room over 30 min. The Dr wasnt in my room 3 min. When my chart was updated it stated my temperature which was never took or my weight was never took. Either.
