I came in with a back sprain and needed an x-ray, and the team at Prisma Urgent Care was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, professional, and efficient. They took my concerns seriously, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible — especially appreciated since this was a work-related injury. Huge thanks to the staff for their compassion and care. Highly recommend!
The staff at this location were absolutely on point and very professional! The facility was clean and orderly, and I had no concern for my Heath or wellness while I was there. The doctor made me feel as if I was not just a number, but I was their only patient that mattered at the moment. This was a great experience, even though I was sick :) thank you so much for taking care of me!
This location is fantastic! The building is spotless! The staff is so kind from the front desk to triage to the provider! It was a great experience. We laughed a lot. I actually had fun! Great experience; highly recommend! My friend and I had each injured our wrists! So, we went in together and both received x-rays and diagnoses. It was hilarious...we both walked out with bandaged wrists!
Upon arrival, I was greeted with exceptional courtesy and attentiveness. The staff's warm welcome and focus on my needs created a positive experience, mitigating the typical anxieties associated with urgent care. Their efficiency and compassionate care were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this facility for its superior service and the physician's clear communication.
My wife came in for a visit she schedule on zocdoc, and I must say she felt the doctor on call was very nice , patient and informative. The front desk and the nurses was all very very friendly and polite. The visit was face was in an out in 30 min.
