I first went to the prism urgent on # 1 highway everyone was nice but I got in the NP that was very cold & dismissive I left with no medication & she was not helpful at all . Referred to the sunset got in asap , everyone was nice & professional, got Allison the NP who was nice & listened , gave me something for my eye & was very understanding ! Will go back there but never to west cola office

Everyone from the front desk, clinical and Dr. Alice were amazing. The office was clean and welcoming. I honestly have to say I felt heard and my concerns were addressed better at this office than my PC’s office. I definitely recommend this facility.
