From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, everything was professional, pleasant, answered all my questions I had, did not rush the appointment, listened intently, thorough and so kind. It is the best urgent care I have ever been to and I would go back every time.

This isn’t my first time going into urgent care with Prisma. I don’t like Prisma but nurse practitioner. Alice Detro, very pleasant. Very intelligent, tackled my cough that I’ve had for three weeks. Prescribed and inhaler that had prednisone and albuterol. And just those two puffs completely made a significant difference the moment I used it..
