Great explanation of my illness along with answering questions I had in regards to how I’ve been dealing with this for 6 weeks. Outstanding nurse practitioner, CNA for my vitals etc. Kept me updated on time because of some many ill clients.

I have lived in Lexington for two years and visited almost all the urgent care. This has been by far the best experience . I was able to get in and out quickly. Very prompt. The staff the kind and courteous. They even told me they hope I feel better as I was leaving.

I had to go for a follow up regarding pain from muscle issues in my shoulder. It was Christmas Day and every person I encountered had an incredibly positive and professional attitude despite working on the holiday. Alice provided a very thorough examination of my shoulder and tweaked my meds. She explained how the healing process would most likely go and gave excellent advice on avoiding further injury as I am healing and able to be more active.
