Our visit to Prisma Urgent Care was excellent. The reception lady was informative and friendly. The nurse and doctor were very respectful and kind. They explained everything throughly and the visit was fast. I would recommended this urgent care to anyone.

Could not have asked for a better experience. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. The MA, Tamisha, and the NP, Alice, were great. I will definitely use this location again.
Very friendly people that work in the building and also seem to care about what is happening
I was seen initially in a timely manner. I checked in online and I am used to having a wait. I was seen by a nurse and told I needed a viral swab to rule out flu and Covid which was fine. I was told the swab took 70 minutes after I got it done. Instead of seeing me and diagnosing me while the swab was running, I sat and listened to lunch conversations outside my door for an hour.
