This was my first visit with your urgent care. Everyone was wonderful. I appreciated that every person listened to me.
Great service and friendly people
When I arrived I showed insurance card I was called in right away about a 15 minute Waite!! After that a whole bunch of office questions were asked about my concerns about of what was wrong and feelings about me!!
I was seen in a relatively short time. The three staff that took care of me, cleaned, and stitched my hand were pleasant, professional and I thought did a great job in taking care of my injury. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. All together my visit was good under the circumstances.
My doctor was great!! The wait time was not so great. Needs work

Came in for a worse than usual migraine, the nurse practitioner who saw me pressed on my forehead and did a sight test, then said there was “nothing she could do” because I had taken Tylenol 6 hours earlier. She seemed to imply that if I was actually having bad pain (and not exaggerating) that I should go to the ER. We left and I immediately vomited in the car from the pain. Waited over 2hrs in lobby for a pre-scheduled appointment (registration & everything completed online for THEIR convenience) to be seen for my husband's dangerously high Blood Pressure. Was asked by each staff (the receptionist, nurse tech, and Dr) to repeat over and over why we were there instead of just reading whatever notes were put in by staff. Paid the $75 copay.
