When I arrived I showed insurance card I was called in right away about a 15 minute Waite!! After that a whole bunch of office questions were asked about my concerns about of what was wrong and feelings about me!!
I was seen in a relatively short time. The three staff that took care of me, cleaned, and stitched my hand were pleasant, professional and I thought did a great job in taking care of my injury. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. All together my visit was good under the circumstances.
My doctor was great!! The wait time was not so great. Needs work
