All the nurses were great! Everything was really fast and even though they had to send me to the ER they told me everything going on. It was a great visit. Probably my best urgent care visit.
Check_in process was easy, check-in nurse very professional. NP (I can’t remember her name)was very caring and professional as well. I let her know my symptoms and how long they’d been going on. She let me know they did not have the facilities for Gastro issues and suggested that I go to ER for a more in-depth look. She did not offer a COVID test, nor did she offer a flu test.
