went out of their way I had intended to go to Progressive only because they were near my home and they also took my insurance. I was pleasantly surprised to find I actually enjoyed the visit, expecting nothing more than a medical type visit but discovering a group of people that went out of their way to befriend me and my children and do all the work to make sure I understood my insurance and got the best deal.
quality care and attention to detail The front desk delivered a warm welcome, the Dr. was gentle-mannered and truly interested in my son and his needs and the rest of the staff supplied quality care and attention to detail. The complimentary gift waiting for my son in the examination room was a nice touch that sets this office above and beyond your average clinic; it demonstrated that they are in the business of KEEPING business. Great work, Progressive!
my eye care was their top priority I had a wonderful first experience with Dr. Broadhead and the employees at Progressive Eye Care. They took care of me the minute I walked in until the time that I left. Not only that, I believe my eye care was their top priority and took care of all of my needs and concerns.
