great service great staff great service great staff
always get immediate help The place is really nice and everyone is super nice to you. You always get immediate help when you are needed. I knocked off a star because they never close the door to the examination room, and I just feel like it should be closed for privacy reasons. Other than that, this place is great! I would recommend it.

staff cared so much about me I have never been to an eye Dr. who spent so much time and who cared so much about me, I felt. I didn't feel rushed and Dr. Broadhead spent time explaining what was going on with my eyes and the staff was fantastic as well. I usually go to a quick in and out place but I will never go anywhere else to get my eyes taken care of but to Dr. Broadhead's office. Thank you for taking the time to care. It's nice to know we still have Dr.'s in this Universe who care about their patients.
explained my floater very well I had to wait for a little while in the room. I thought I was getting a yearly eye exam but will have to come back in three weeks for that. After my eyes were dilated, no one at the front desk offered me sun shield and it was very bright when I went outside. Luckily I had a pair from last year in my car. Dr. Broadhead explained my floater very well and helped me know it wasn't anything to worry about as long as it doesn't get worse right away.
