class business and cares I think Progressive is a class business and cares about your sight very much. They could get you in faster and have a bigger selection of frames.
Dr. goes above and beyond Dr. Broadhead goes above and beyond. I've seen three optometrists this past month and Dr. Broadhead was the only one who listened to my concerns and took the time to help. The staff were very helpful and kind. They didn't pressure me to buy anything from their store but they were there to help me when I needed it. This was a very good experience.

Dr Kinney has been my Doctor for this experience. I was immediately told to come in and everything they could do to comfort me while I am recuperating has been done.
