I like Progrrssive urgent care ,staff was amazing and service also was quick. Open daily from 8 Am to 8 Pm that’s great work from you guys . Got my Covid-19 test done in a professional manner, felt safe all along and got a response 2 hours later via phone call.
Appointment at 09:15, arrived at 0:900. They took me early. Professional service. Was called about 1 hour later with results. They faxed the results to my Mom’s retirement home, so I was able to visit her later that morning. System worked well.
Love them!!! Best doctors/staff and urgent care I’ve ever been to. They’re professional, proficient and friendly. They’re very informative and detailed. I also actually took my son who was 2 at the time because I felt like I wasn’t getting any real answers / help with his pediatrician after 6+ months of him suffering. The doctor hit the nail on the head with just one visit..turned out he had croup. Been going to them ever since.
I highly recommend ! Super professional and super sweet. From the making an appt to getting tested for Covid. The staff and medical professionals were so kind and efficient.
The service was professional, caring, and prompt. We needed rapid results on a Sunday afternoon and our experience was delightful. Everyone was courteous and we were very happy with our care. This was our first time and if we need urgent care we will definitely go back to Progressive Urgent and Primary Care. I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know.
Took the covid rapid test and was in and out in less than 10 min.
Got an appointment for a COVID test within 24 hours of calling. The technician was very gentle with the swab, and he did his cleaning protocol where everyone could see. I had results in an hour. Can’t say enough good things about this hidden gem. (Negative!😀)
