I think this is the best urgent care I have ever been to. You don’t have to wait long, the doctors and office staff are extremely nice! I’ve been there three times and had the best care! I would recommend this place to everyone!

The attention by phone is terrible. I’m waiting two days for a phone call for my quick covid results (they were going to call me in 1 to 2 hours). I understand that they are busy but this situation is ridiculous. I can’t imagine the stress for people at risk
The accountant is not “experienced “ going through your accounts. I have paid a fee before the same date of consulting the doctor, but not deducted from the payment I have to pay . You have to keep all your papers for a long period of time (3years + at least) . She provided me the proof of payment of 3 years ago but I just paid on September and back to see the doctor 2 months later ( September- November) .
