Working with Patrick was a blast. He's 100% from the get go, and manages to go beyond the rest of the way. The selling process can be complicated and stressful, but Patrick and team made it pretty alright. We had a difficult buyer that ultimately didn't work out, but Patrick turned the ship around and found a new buyer, and landed the sale. I was like "This guy. Is. Good."

I had the great opportunity to work with Patrick when I was looking to sell my home. Not only did he get me the best price, he was MOTIVATED by it. Every other agent I interviewed wanted to “let the market decide”. Patrick understood and supported our asking price. He also had a plan and method of us getting to that place. Patrick was my sales agent and sold all four units of a luxury condo in Hoboken. Patrick is a consummate professional in every sense of the word. He is very knowledgeable about the markets he serves. We nothing but praise for Patrick and his team at Pure Properties . They have consistently delivered on their projections and have brought us the best buyers for our properties.They keep us informed on showings and provide feedback from the potential buyers . There is a personal touch to their sales approach and my favourite is Tuesday phone calls from Patrick asking me how I'm feeling about the process and filling me in on details about the showings and his evaluation of the showings and his projection for a sale. Patrick was amazing as my selling real estate agent . He's very knowledgeable about the real estate in Hudson county especially Jersey City . Selling my condo was a breeze as he would contact / update me every week on my properties that we put on the market . Patrick is very personable and very thorough . During the process , we had a few bills and obstacles but Patrick guided us through those as well !! I don't live in Jersey anymore but if someone needed a selling agent , I would definitely recommend Patrick !
