Very nice and very knowledgeable. Had numerous people viewing my property shortly after listing with Patrick and quickly found a buyer. Was very communicative and worked through the entire process with me. We had an issue with the buyer 2 days before closing that set us back, and Patrick and his team was awesome. They helped quickly resolve the issues and ultimately get the properly closed. Couldn't ask for more.
Could not have been happier with Patrick's entire team. They were really great in dealing with the tenants we had in our condo and got us a price at the top end of the market. Stephanie was great to deal with, always available and quick to respond.
Sold 2 homes by short sale. Everybody on his team was helpful and responded in a timely manner. Both sales were long processes, but that was due to banks. Everybody hung in there and saw properties to closing.

Patrick was my listing agent for selling a condo in Hoboken Q1 2013. He provided valuable insight and market information which allowed me to sell in a quick and effective manner. I have worked with Patrick numerous times and he and his staff always deliver a professional experience and most importantly, results.
I recently had Patrick as realtor, he was nice, polite and professional but unless, you buy a property at a higher price than $700K, he wont be giving you full attention, he has no strategy at all in term of negotiation but telling you to increase the price, make sense when you know that he's commission based. Doesn't bring any true value to any transaction.
It might be we just weren't the right clients/property/time for Patrick, so don't let this review dissuade you if you find yourself more aligned with some of the better reviews on here. We were selling a mid-priced condo unit in The Heights section of Jersey City, which definitely differed from the higher-range properties he represents closer to downtown. If you don't make an offer on a property after he shows you 3, he will drop you. Didn't have time for us after showing a few properties. Got annoyed that we weren't interested in the properties he showed us. Tried to push the last property / convince us it was the right home for us when it wasn't. Then we didn't hear from him again. Would stay away from this guy...
Once the contract was signed he was never seen again. Closing process nearly failed because of his "company policy". Not recommended at all.
