A fantastic guy and team. Made an extremely difficult sale go through with ease and grace. Highly highly highly recommend Patrick. He came strongly recommended to us and we now know why.
Was impressed on how he courted my listing and got our listing. That was the only face time with Patrick. After listing was signed it was phone calls once a week and most of the communication after was via his team. It took about a month to get an offer, all though it was a cash offer, Patrick we feel now did not work in our best interest. He did not prove to be the great negotiator he stated.

I have called this client several times to discuss his comments but he has not called back even when he said he would. For what it's worth, FACTS: We hit the exact price as discussed on the listing presentation. At the time a record breaking sale for a unit that was below ground level at Dixon Mills. I have worked with him a few times over the last 10 years. Although he is extremely busy, he is usually responsive and is busy for a reason. He is good at what he does. He is very straightforward and will try to get you the best price. He does communicate less once an offer is settled, but I think that applies to most agents. Overall good experience.
