PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles and pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company seemed baffled by the roof's construction and none were able to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof water tight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. Every person I worked with at PRC was professional, courteous and committed to making sure the job was done right and in a timely fashion and that we were happy with the result. I would (and do) recommend PRC to anyone needing a new roof, or having exterior work of any kind done on their home.

PRC just completed my project for new impact windows and sliding glass door, which I contracted a year ago. There were frustrating delays, but not due to any fault of the company. . . I am very satisfied with the attention to detail, attention to all my questions and concerns, and the quality of workmanship. Everyone has been diligent to make me a satisfied customer. And I mean everyone!

We just had our roof replaced and are very happy with the results. The people I delt with at the company we always very polite. The crew that did the work was diligent and hard working. When they finished, they picked up and left our yard in great shape. I would recommend this company to anyone about who asked.

I chose to have 4 windows replaced during the COVID pandemic. I have to be honest, the process took longer than I had hoped, but, that was no result of the company itself. They could not have been more apologetic. The bottom line is, I would highly recommend PCR for any future work. As a matter of fact, will probably be replacing two more windows in the near future. Special shout out to Casey for his professionalism. The work was done beautifully and the windows look fabulous.

Was being bullied by my insurance company to have a substandard repair done to my roof. I needed an honest and knowledgeable roofer to provide advice on what needed to be done to fix the roof and on how to deal with a heavy handed insurance company. Jonathan ******* with Property Renovations and Construction (PRC) provided that expert advice and guided me through the process of dealing with the insurance company. He took the time to inspect the roof, listen to the insurance situation, and provide a path forward. He worked hand in hand with Paramount Adjustment to resolve the insurance issue and then PRC put on a great quality roof with little out of pocket expense from me. I cannot give high enough praise for PRC and for Paramount Adjustment. Kraig ******, the PRC Project Manager, and his crew were super throughout the re-roofing process, and the new roof looks great. I highly recommend PRC to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable roofing company.

I interviewed seven other contractors and I chose Property Renovations and Construction as I valued the honesty the sales representative had and I appreciated his experience in the roofing and insurance industry. The company was top notch professional and excellent communication as there were no hidden costs as everything was explained upfront and in real time. We were blown away with the quality of the work and materials and in the time frame in which they worked. There was a unfortunate accident during the project and they stepped up, were accountable, and resolved it In an expedited fashion. I was extremely satisfied and happy with my new roof and I highly recommend these folks as they treated me and my family with the utmost care and professionalism.
