Very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of workmanship. Project Director, Andy, was exceptional in guiding the progress of the job. He also personally performed the finishing work which required custom designing and fabricating the transition molding for the doorway. Job well done! PRC has provided numerous roof repairs on roofs in our community. The HOA owns the roofs so PRC must meet the expectations of both the HOA Board and the individual townhome owners. My family in Cocoa had a really stubborn and tricky leak in the flat roof over our sun room (which we've converted to quasi-living space). Other contractors tried and failed to stop it. Jim O'Brian with PRC got the job done--he came back a second time when needed, and now we're good to go.
