Fantastic job I will recommend this company to anyone that want professionalism, great job, friendliness, pride in what they do, and fare prices …. I can go on and on, this is a second time this company was hired by me, I can be more happy and Satisfy with their work. The windows were perfectly placed in, they were fast but the quality of workmanship is exceptional. AH!... Let me don’t forget the people at the office, they were there for me with any question I may have, very friendly; they all GREAT! They replaced all the windows a sliding door a regular door and a storm door. Good Job. Love it. Shingle roof repair

What was the "thing" that made up my mind to choose PPR? Actually it was several things. 1. Company attitude....honest, experienced, willingness to listen to our concens 2. Expedient.....once the decision was made to replace the skylight, the office called withine 2 days and we set up a date... 3. Punctual.....team snowed up exactly as promised, on time. 4. Job done.....as quoted, as expected, with a full explanation of what was done (with pictures too)... Bottom line, PPR are consumate processionals who delivered what they promised in a most expediant manner. I rated 5 out of 5 because they deserve it.....Excellent job....

PRC has provided numerous roof repairs on roofs in our community. The HOA owns the roofs so PRC must meet the expectations of both the HOA Board and the individual townhome owners. They have always been prompt, responsive and professional and their work has always been good.They have been quick to respond to requests for assessments, promptly provided written estimates and got right to work as soon as the deposit was provided.The Ops Mgr told us after one big storm with numerous leaks that two were not the roof. taking money out of his own pocket and treating us right. We strongly recommend PRC.

PRC has done numerous repairs on the roofs in our homeowner's association community from shingle repair to replacing skylights. The HOA owns the roofs so they are working for two customers, the HOA and the individual unit owner, and all have been consistently happy with the quality, professionalism and promptness of PRC's services. They've always been prompt to respond to our calls for estimates when we have a leak, prompt to provide the written estimate and have scheduled the repairs promptly once the deposit is received, even during post storm busy times. The Ops Mgr came out after one large storm and told us two of the reported leaks weren't actually roof issues but A/C condensation issues (our A/C units are in the ceilings between the 1st and 2nd floors). Taking money out of the company's pocket showed great personal and corporate ethics. Unfortunately, unusual in this day and age. Our community would recommend PRC to anyone requiring quality roof repairs.

My family in Cocoa had a really stubborn and tricky leak in the flat roof over our sun room (which we've converted to quasi-living space). Other contractors tried and failed to stop it. Jim O'Brian with PRC got the job done--he came back a second time when needed, and now we're good to go.

This company was one of 2 that came "suggested" by our home inspector (who would not recommend any roofing company) after we pushed him to give us suggestions. From the estimate to the final roofing inspection everything was great! Randy (estimator) was thorough, explaining the products, the probable timeline, and provided a written estimate with no pressure to "sign now". There were various ways to finance the job, not just one. When we decided to "pull the trigger", they were very prompt in starting the job. Jude was the foreman on our job and he was very professional. We only had one issue; when the workers were tearing off the old roof, the globe on the light in the hall inside the house fell off and shattered on the wooden floor inside the house. We called Jude; he came over, reviewed the damage and within a couple of days brought over 3 different globes at no charge, apologizing that he could not find an exact match to our old one (old one was dated)....REALLY??? Who does that??? Oh, wait...PRC does!!! Our roof from start to finish took 4 days (the only reason that happened is because one of the days it rained the entire day). I believe the final inspection was during the next week. The roofing trash was policed very well by the workers and we may have found 1 or 2 nails in the yard, but that's it. Just to be clear, if you are expecting to sign the approval for them to start work and then to expect them (or any other roofing company) to start work the next day, get a clue and stand in line. Your job isn't the only one they have and I think we waited about a month for permits and other stuff. We were very impressed by this company and would not hesitate to recommend PRC to anyone. In fact, we are going to get an estimate from them to do our windows and doors shortly.
