I hired them on 12/30/2021. The total price for the windows was $4,696.00 of which I paid a deposit of $2,348,00. At the time of purchase I was told the windows would take about 5 months to get here. After the salesman left I really didn't hear anything from them other than a measurement right after the sale. I finally called them 5 months later to be told the windows had not yet arrived. But suddenly a couple of days later the windows are in and they can install them in 2 days.
PRC was hired to replace a window. The new window was installed askew and leaked water into the house when it rained. I called them back out several times. Each time a different employee would show up and water test the window. It would leak from the top seal each time. Never would they offer to fix the problem. The manufacturer rep showed up a year later and couldnâ t believe the problem was not fixed. This company has been working on my roof for over two years and they still have not completed the job. They have been paid by my insurance company! This company has been a nightmare. Dont do it!!

Guy came and gave us a estimate and we paid a deposit and have not heard from them. My husband called them last week and they said we should hear from Andy before Christmas.

This review is somewhat overdue but we felt that others need to know that this is not a reputable company. We spent lots of money to have roofing repairs and shingles done by this company we were told they were well experienced in restoring older homes and we would be very happy, this could not be further from the truth. Promises not kept. Tarp put in place, but then ran into major communication difficulties with no other work being done. Ended up not using this company. Paid for the tarp and moved on. Never got receipt for tarp payment either.

this company suggested i need additional work done, since it was not put in writing, i have no idea what is needed to complete the work. also after speaking with company re: warranty, no info have been recieved. perhaps a call from home advisor would prompt (PRC) to resolve this matter. thank you floyd
Had three new sliders installed so I would not have water enter during any storms. Last year I had the original sliders in my condo during Hurricane Mathew and never had any water issues. These original sliders were cheap and not very energy efficient. So I decided to get new ones installed to become more energy efficient and to be extra safe against any possibility of water entering.
