These apartments are beautiful! The open floor plan is super inviting; I love having friends over for dinner and game nights. The location is unmatched; we love being able to walk down to Mellow Mushroom for dinner. If only there were a Trader Joe's... The only downside I can think of is if you live on the roundabout. Unfortunately, some of the cars have loud mufflers and enjoy zooming up and down that road at all hours. Providence Place is an excellent place to live. They are spacious and laid out well. The pool and gym are centrally located to all apartments and never crowded. Grilling out by the pool is an excellent way to spend your leisure time. Also, being able to walk to 8 restaurants and other amenities is a plus! The staff are very responsive!

Friendly office staff who will help with voiced issues. Great location in Providence with a farmer's market, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.
Moved in a week ago! Best place to rent!!! Maintenance great! Valet trash, washer and dryer in apt, car wash, gym, walking distance to shops and restaurants! Lots of Windows and great dog park! Can't imagine living anywhere else! Everyone I've met here love it too!
