Noisy neighbors late at night rental will not do anything about it.
I loved it here at first, BUT the noise is terrible - I can hear someone cough on the floor above me. I write this as I sit in my living room at 2:00 AM (Yes - AM, not PM) because they are working on the construction site and keeping me up - I hear the beeping & people talking. Parking rules? My guess is that they do not apply to everyone. There has been a white car in our lot for MONTHS and has not moved. One resident who lived alone took up 3 spaces at times.
