I've lived in several places since graduating high school, and Providence Place is by far the best! Wonderful, friendly staff. Always willing to help me out with what ever I need! I've lived here for two(+) years and I plan on staying much longer :)

Providence place is an awesome place to live. The staff will accommodate you in any way possible, especially if you work all the time. Wouldn't live any where else. Ask for Jessica!

Unfortunately, my husband did not have a pleasant experience living here compared to the high cost of renting. Despite being charged a $25 monthly fee for trash disposal, my husband’s trash was only disposed of 3 times. Parking spots near his building were often limited and he would have to park on the street outside of the complex to avoid a long walk. Cheapest most expensive apartment community, I have only been here since Sept. and I have had issues with everything from plumbing to a water stains on my wall, from a previous leak above me. I expect if I am paying $1600 for any apartment these issues would be addressed before I moved in and the staff is too passive regarding concerns. Think hard before moving and do your research. I love the Providence area, but I am very disappointed in my experience with this community.
