Best dinner of 2024-- and I don't say that lightly... I had the spinalis rib-eye cap and my wife had the sea bass. Both were cooked perfectly and loaded with finesse and flavor. The sides that came with were spectacular! 10/10 no room for improvement. For dessert we had donuts with banana ice cream-- again, 10/10 no room for improvement. We had a lovely time at Provisions and great service. I got the Tastings Menu and was even able to swap out the fifth course for a different dessert! A great way to spend an anniversary dinner.
