I had a New York strip steak that was very expensive and it was mediocre at best. It was tough and had an excessive amount of fat, as well as an atypical amount of tendons and gristle. I understand that this cut is usually a fatty cut, but this was difficult to eat and not up to the standards that I would expect at Providion. We are CRG members, and this was a disappointment.

Celebrated my birthday at Provision. Great food and service. One of the best filets I’ve had in a long time — the smoked blue cheese treatment was terrific.
