Celebrated my wife's 40th birthday and the food was great from start to finish. We had the bread with the butter and oil, bacon potato terrine, brussels sprouts with brie and almonds, the new york strip and the beef short ribs. Everything was delicious even the brussels which was surprising to me. The steak was on point as always and cooked to my desired doneness.
