Perfect for my small job. (filing cabinet)
I love this label maker! I have had several, and the keyboard layout of this one has been my favorite by far. The battery life being extremely short is my only complaint. (not even an hours use with brand new batteries) I'm not sure if I got a lemon, but it's still being put to good use.
I haven't used it a lot of times YET since I only bought it to help me keep track of which pieces of electronics go with what power units. Back in the good old days, it was easy to tell the differences. Not so much now. The instructions that come with it are the bare minimum, but once I figured it out the labels I printed out were GREAT! I wish it had come with some starter level batteries. No matter, I'm very satisfied so far.

easy to use... fast working... fun little symbols..
It is compact. I had trouble with the on/off and print button. They are small and got stuck preventing further use. The tape used for this model is not scored down the center allowing for easy removal of the backing paper. You have to struggle a bit wedging a fingernail in between. If you wear glasses it's hard to see. In a pinch this will do but it doesn't starch up to its big “Brother”.
