I just bought this item and it said it comes with a convenient bag to store everything in but no bag was included.
I had one of these a couple years ago and it quit working? So wanted to get another but all the places were selling them for more money and especially the tapes. Walmart has the best prices on the refill tapes. It's kind of like buying an inkjet printer they sell you the printer for almost nothing but get you when you have to buy the cartridges. I get my cartridges from a 3rd party vendor out of New York and he ships them to me here in Chicago and also sells me the refillable ink to refill ink the cartridges as well. I haven... read more

Very user friendly, many different options for printing.
It worked right out of the box. The only complaint I have is removing the labels. If not for that I would have given it a five star rating.
I have wanted a manual labeler for some time, but I was happy to have the chance to try this one out when it became available for review. I really like this printing labeler a lot more than I had thought I would. This labeler requires 4 AAA batteries which are not included, but it does come with 2 sample tapes. It does go through batteries pretty quickly. I had to replace the first set of batteries after I had printed no more than a dozen labels. If you have one of those old labeling devices that you have to squeeze the handle to get a raised letter. Throw it out and get the P-touch Brother PT45 Labeler. Fantastic,is the best way I can explain this. We were moving out of state four days prior to my receiving this Labeler. I have problems using my hands due to an injury I had years ago. I was so amazed that all I had to do was type what I had in my box. It is so easy to use & you don't have to use any tape. You just fill your labeler and type in what you want to,that's it.
