    Printer This printer does not print and cut label properly.

    cartridge won't load I returned the cube and went with a D220 the label cartridge would not load properly. i became frustrated, and returned the Cube.

    Don't waste your time or money Piece of Junk. I called Brother twice and "someone would get back to me" which never happened. I returned it to Amazon

    difficult to use..... I was never able to get the printer to sync with my phone....I haven't been able to use it at all......I wish I had purchased a different model.

    Broke after a few uses The label maker broke internally after a few uses. They wouldn’t honor the warranty.

    Bad design and tape waster This label maker leaves an inch of space before every label which you have to cut using scissors which is annoying and wasteful. It says on the website that this space is required due to the way this label maker is designed. This means the design of this label maker is bad as this is the first and the most basic thing which should have been fixed. Other labelmakers waste a lot less space and you can print and stick easily. Had to return this and buy other brand labelmaker for this reason. If i ... read more

    Thank you for your review and feedback. The 2.5cm distance is required for the lamination process to occur as the print is produced underneath the laminate. If multiple labels are being printed, there is a Chain Print feature that will reduce the amount of excess label being used.     Do not buy After a few uses the indicator light just blinks and will not connect to any of my devices. very disappointed after the amount of money I spent for this.
