Great little printer with one exception I love your printer with one exception. After turning it on it should automatically recognize my iPhone after the first I tial connection. Car Bluetooth systems can do it. Audio speakers in my house can do it. But you make me do the big dance every time. Very frustrating.
Frustrating when it works - and then it doesn't. Device had to be reconnected with Bluetooth each time I turned it on. After one month, it stopped working, producing only the unhelpful message the the paper cutter had "stopped working." Amazon, kindly, took it back. This is the second failed Brother label maker I have wasted my money on.
primary problem ......NOT able to download app the app when downloaded will NOT allow me to get past the 'agreement' site'. I did have it working initially......HELP or i throw it in the lake!!
NO INSTRUCTIONS NO INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO PRINT A LABEL WITHOUT IT CUTTING OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF SENTENCE. TWO PAGES OF HOW TO PUT BATTERIES IN AND SET UP AND NOT ONE SENTENCE REGARDING HOW TO USE THE LABELMAKER
Software App Frustrating This is not a complaint about the hardware. It is, rather, a plea to the software folks behind the app to stop forcing margins on the users. To explain: the largest label that this machine can accomodate is a half-inch, or 12mm, tall. But the app that we must use with this labeler builds in, at the LEAST, a quarter inch of margin, rendering the text at one quarter inch MAX. Could’ve been great But falls short Seem like it would be a great product till I printed the first label. Called Customer service and they confirmed that because of the “design” that you waste an inch of label every time you print something and then you have to get out the scissors to trim the ends of excess label in the two little dots that leaves Sounds like just another way to make you buy more label.
It is ok It disconnect often from your device and take time to connect back
waste lots of label. It keep printing the last label when I print a new one. Lots of wasted tape.
waists lots of tape. Every label out of this machine has almost an inch of waisted tape. It also requires manual sissor cutting the waisted tape. If you love buying expensive label cartridges I highly recommend this printer.
