Wastes too much material - Also too long to print I tried printing individual labels, then printing three without cutting. I was using 1/4 inch tape and there was about 1 inch of wasted tape between labels. Tape length was set to automatic. This is not what I would expect. It will be returned to Staples tomorrow as not a quality product. We have used many different labellers in our business and I wanted a simple one for our tech's in the field. Guess I need to keep looking.

Good start I like the way the unit is designed but the lack of an interface with my Windows and Chrome based computers that have keyboards and mice is a real disappointment. iPhones are great but not for typing.

Prints nicely once you find the app! Written and on-line documentation refer to an app that no longer exists. I guess it has been renamed or rewritten. I can understand written docs being out of date, but on-line? Once you figure this out, it performs well.

Not impressed with this device. Although compact and size it is awkward to set up with an iPhone. It wastes a lot of tape when printing by leaving too long a leader. You also need to carry scissors to cut the tape so the text in the center of the table. It does put two reference marks to help cut it the correct size.

It works, but Printer works, having to refresh my blue tooth every time slows things down. Labels are very expensive and clear plastic is annoying to remove. Peeling the backing is ok. The white print on black fades/ rubs off of tape in areas that get a lot of handling. As a business owner and a regional manager in the food industry, I’m very familiar with commercial and retail use of thermal and thermal transfer labeling. For the money, the printer is worth it for what it does,

New P-touch I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. I have been using the P-touch CUBE for about a week. I had several labeling projects to complete and was looking forward to trying out this new product. Aside from adding batteries and inserting the tape, there wasn`t any assembly required. You just need to link it to your smartphone. I found the tape dispensed quickly and easily. The label makes everything look neat and professional. However, I have two major c... read more

Works as advertised The only issue that I have is the amount of wasted label material at the beginning of each print. Reached out to Brother for any solution but no response after two weeks.
